Erin C. Bishop is a MSc. candidate at the Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics (FARE) at the University of Guelph. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts Economics (Honours), specialized in Public Policy & Environmental Economics, at the University of Waterloo. Her research interests include the economic trade-offs between agricultural practices and environmental, specifically groundwater, quality.
